 開張已經10餘年的八分飽,
 在台中有兩家分店:模範街與崇德路,
 兩家店因為不同股東拆夥經營,
 目前只是名稱一樣,
 菜色內容則不盡相同
                                                                               
 印象中崇德路的比較多小點可以吃,
 很推薦他的小點喔!
 模範街的則是合菜為主~

 八分飽的菜單是將紙張貼在竹片上製成,
 跟店內裝潢相呼應,
 除了開放式的座位外,
 還有一兩間的包廂,可供聚會使用










                                                                               
 *銀魚杏菜湯*
                                                                               
  大獲好評的一道,
  稍有勾芡但不會過於濃稠,
  銀魚的鮮味帶出杏菜的甜味,
  非常清爽




 *四川炒手*
                                                                               
  對愛吃辣的我,真是美味極了~
  辣中帶酸酸中帶辣,欲罷不能阿!
  炒手本身也滿有口感的,
  不會過於軟爛
                                                                               
  若不吃辣者也可請店家做乾炒手喔
  


                                                                             
 *宮保肥腸*
                                                                               
  雖名叫肥腸,但不會過於油膩,
  配上宮保的左料,十分下飯喔



                                                                               
 *清蒸鱈魚*
                                                                               
  鱈魚蠻新鮮的,
  口味就像平常吃到的清蒸一樣,

 *五味中捲*
                                                                               
  中捲川燙後,佐五味醬,
  清香又有口感的一道菜



                                                                               
 *小籠湯包*
                                                                               
  湯汁很多喔,也很鮮美,
  滿推薦的
 


                                                                              
 *手抓烙餅*
                                                                               
  我很喜歡把烙餅,弄鬆成一條一條的口感,
  吃起來真的很好吃
  滿口麵粉的香氣
                                                                               
  目前吃過最好吃的是以前在台中漢口對面的周炒手,
  可惜已經關門了
 





                                                                              
 *豆沙鍋餅*
                                                                               
  是只有0.5公分厚的美味!!
  外皮佈滿了芝麻,香氣濃郁,
  中間層的豆沙甜而不膩,
        會讓人停不下來阿!
                                                  
     建議趁熱吃,
  萬一放涼後要先吸油再吃,不然會有油膩感
  


                                                                             
 *飯後甜點*
 
  就是常見的青蛙下蛋啦
                                                                               
                                                                               
 整體分數不錯,
 是我們家人聚會的時候常選擇的餐廳
 位於台中美術館附近,
